This building was designed to be a focal point to showcase what the Fond du Lac area has to offer to visitors. Conveniently located and highly visible along Hwy 41, the striking 30-foot glass tower forms the entrance. Once inside your eyes are immediately drawn to the large hand painted mural featuring the areas greatest attractions. The 5,500 square foot building also has a large reception area, offices, employee rooms and conference room.

Test, Inc.

A previous relationship brought Test, Inc. and SMC together to build a new 6,000 square foot warehouse with attached office space. SMC worked with the owner to bring the project within budget while still maintaining the size needed for the semi-trucks that would be using the building. A mezzanine area for storage and a metal liner throughout the warehouse were installed to keep the building clean and maintenance free. The attractive wood framed structure with vinyl siding fits in with its Northwood’s surroundings.
