This 10,347 square foot Wellness Center was designed with patient comfort as a main priority. Field stone was used on the exterior and on the interior fireplace to make people feel at home. SMC worked closely with the owner to ensure the contingency fund would not have to be used. The project was completed on-time and under budget.
