This 44,023 square foot, 65 room hotel was completed in just under 6 ½ months! Our focused, organized and dedicated team worked with the owner and engineer to ensure the tight time line was met. The hotel includes a swimming pool, fitness center and several specialty suites that include connecting youth suites. A beautiful lobby greets guests with a brick fireplace and open staircase.

Burger King (Heartland Food Group)
Rib Mountain, Wisconsin

The conversion to a Burger King Restaurant in Rib Mountain included a complete new kitchen and dining area. The conversion was completed within three weeks and under budget. A partnership with Burger King has been formed and SMC has successfully completed the remodel of seven Burger King Restaurants throughout Wisconsin and Michigan.

Culver’s Restaurant
Fond du Lac, WI

A new Culver’s restaurant was built on East Johnson Street in Fond du Lac to serve the growing Fond du Lac area. This was the 300th Culver’s Restaurant in the United States. The 4,565 square foot restaurant invites customers to enjoy a relaxed dining experience set in a wooded area with a pond on the east side of the property. A long-lasting relationship was formed between SMC and the owner, leading to the interior renovation of a Culver’s Restaurant in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
