SMC will provide expertise in hiring an architect, designing, value engineering, and budget control. SMC will be responsible for managing the administrative functions and management functions of the project. Once construction is set to begin, SMC may self-perform parts of the work or will work with you to recommend and solicit bids from subcontractors for the construction. |

Bid/Build:
This service works best for the customer who has hired an architect to clearly describe the project in detail using plans and specifications.
SMC will estimate the cost of building the project using the architect’s detailed information. SMC can also negotiate directly with the owner which allows SMC to recommend various value engineering techniques, which can save the owner time and money before ever starting the project. |
